We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Beauty and were upgraded to an ensuite room for free. The bed was comfortable and the location near Termini made it easy to explore Rome. Despite being near a busy road, our room was surprisingly quiet. The staff, especially Sheila, were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hostel is very convenient, being close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions such as the Colosseum. the staff are friendly, informative, and accommodating, providing a good level of service. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms.

Our stay at Hostel Beauty was exceptional. The front desk staff were always very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, Kalam gave us a map and marked all of the spots we were going to and showed us other restaurants and buildings and important places close by. Even when we had to make a train early in the morning, we asked Kalam to knock on the door and he helped to make sure we made our train. The location was good and overall I would recommend this hotel.

after my previous stay in rome, i wasn't expecting much, but hostel beauty surprised me. the room was clean and comfy, 5 mins from termini station. receptionist was friendly and i made a great friend there.
